What We’re Looking For:
A relevant teaching qualification (QTS or PGCE)
Experience supporting EY pupils, including behaviour and early learning development
A nurturing, imaginative approach that sparks joy and curiosity in young learners
High expectations for both yourself and your pupils, encouraging consistent progress
Strong classroom management and teamwork skills
Enhanced Child-Only DBS (or willingness to apply)
Two recent references from educational settings
