Working across key business areas such as Commercial, Engineering, and Operations, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent. What You'll Be Doing Partnering with hiring managers to deliver a seamless recruitment experience and ensure key talent needs are met. Creating on-brand job adverts and social media campaigns, and using proactive sourcing methods to attract top talent. Leading first-stage candidate screening and shortlisting to support hiring managers in making informed decisions. Developing and delivering recruitment strategies for volume campaigns. Who you are You have a results-focused, can-do approach and thrive when managing multiple priorities. You are commercially aware, with a pragmatic approach to problem solving and talent strategy. You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders at all levels and are confident influencing decisions. You are proactive and forward-thinking, able to work independently and contribute to team initiatives.
