The Opportunity
We are looking for a seasoned Legal Recruiter with deep expertise in the US legal market to join our established team. This role offers the chance to work with a focused, supportive, and ambitious group of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Source and place Associate and Partner-level candidates in top US law firms.
* Build and maintain relationships with law firm partners and lateral recruitment teams.
* Drive business development by securing new clients and nurturing existing ones.
* Conduct high-level calls and meetings with senior legal professionals, showcasing professionalism and market expertise.
* Collaborate with our team to deliver strategic recruitment solutions and uphold our reputation.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record of placements at Associate and/or Partner level in top US law firms.
* Extensive legal recruitment experience with deep US market knowledge.
Skills:
* Exceptional communication and gravitas to engage senior law firm partners.
* Strong business development skills to generate and maintain client relationships.
* Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
* Familiarity with key US legal markets (New York, Washington D.C., Texas, Miami).
* Ability to thrive independently and in a collaborative team setting.
