?? Key Responsibilities as a Learning Manager
* Leading on learning strategies and supporting teaching standards across your assigned year groups or departments
* Working with teachers and support staff to implement targeted interventions
* Supporting behaviour for learning, inclusion, and pastoral systems
* Using data to monitor progress, identify gaps, and help plan solutions
* Delivering small-group learning sessions or academic mentoring where required
* Building positive relationships with staff, students, and parents
* Contributing to whole-school improvement and maintaining an aspirational culture
? What We're Looking For
* Experience working in education-ideally in a leadership or learning-development role
* Strong understanding of teaching, learning, behaviour, or SEND support
* Excellent communication, organisational, and mentoring skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels
* A proactive, resilient approach and a commitment to raising achievement
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
