Sheridan Maine is working with a respected and growing accountancy practice in the West Midlands to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional to manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, provide high-quality advisory and compliance services, and play an integral role within a well-established and supportive tax team.
Key duties of a Corporate Tax Manager:
* Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients across a variety of sectors.
* Review corporate tax computations and returns, ensuring technical accuracy.
* Deliver advisory work on matters such as restructuring, transactions, and tax planning.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact.
* Support and mentor junior members of the tax team.
* Contribute to internal process improvements and support wider business development initiatives.
The successful Corporate Tax Manager will have/be:
* CTA, ACA, ACCA qualified or equivalent.
* Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax compliance and advisory matters.
* Proven experience managing client portfolios.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
* Confident working independently while contributing effectively to a team.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
