The Role This role sits in the Public Law, Environment & Planning team, focusing on a range of planning law matters for public and private sector clients. Key work includes: Drafting and negotiating s106, s278 and infrastructure agreements Advising on planning, highways, and compulsory purchase issues Supporting on judicial reviews and statutory challenges Providing due diligence support for property transactions Managing your own caseload while assisting on larger, complex projects You’ll play a vital role in helping clients navigate evolving planning frameworks and unlock development opportunities.
