* Corporate Secretary: Automating the company incorporation, secretarial, filing, Nominee Director, mailroom and immigration processes via custom online robots and SleekSign. We are the market leaders in Singapore with 5% market share of all new business incorporations
* Accounting & Bookkeeping: Redefining Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax and Payroll thanks to our proprietary SleekBooks ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service
* FinTech payments: Offering digital banking services to new businesses
Sleek launched in 2017 and now has around 15,000 customers across our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK. We have around 500 staff with an intact startup mindset. We have recently raised Series B financing on the back of strong growth. Sleek has been recognised by The Financial Times, The Straits Times, Forbes and LinkedIn as one of the fastest growing companies in Asia. We are backed by world-class investors and are on track to be a cash flow positive, tech-enabled company based out of Singapore.
Mission and Outcomes
We are looking for someone that is excited about the following Mission and Outcomes over the next 6–12 months.
* Mission: Lead by example to help create a high-performing, engaged and scalable inbound Sales team for Sleek in the UK.
* Outcomes:
* Convert inbound leads into new business and improve lead conversion ratios
* Become a specialist in Sleek's market and offerings to add value to all leads (converted or not)
* Provide a professional and delightful experience to prospects, helping to grow word of mouth and brand value for Sleek in the UK
* Train and coach other inbound Sales reps in the UK, sharing feedback and tactics empathetically and patiently
* Maintain a clear and tidy pipeline of opportunities in HubSpot with timely, accurate reporting
* Identify and communicate opportunities for upsell to the UK Country Manager, Head of Sales and CRO
* Absorb and share learnings with other inbound Sales team members serving Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales in the UK. Ideally most recent Sales experience will have been inbound.
* Last two roles held for at least 18 months (barring exceptional circumstances).
* Most selling experience in B2B or SaaS and/or services similar to what Sleek offers in the UK.
* Preference for having coached and/or managed other team members in at least one recent role.
* Native English speaker located within an hour of London or Leeds, able to come to offices at least once per week.

Interview process
The successful candidate will participate in the interview stages described. The process is expected to take no more than 3 weeks from start to finish, depending on availability. Interviews may be held over video call or in person depending on location and role.
