Driver Hire Kingston is currently recruiting a D1 Minibus Driver for a respected community transport provider, offering safe and reliable transport services for elderly passengers across South West & North East Surrey, London.
This role is based across multiple locations, including Walton-on-Thames, Sunbury-on-Thames, Kingston, New Malden, and surrounding areas.
đ Hours, Pay & Benefits:
1. Monday to Friday â odd days available each week
2. Start time: 8:00 am
3. Finish time: 5:00 pm
4. ÂŁ14.40 per hour PAYE Advanced
5. Weekly pay
6. Ongoing work with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate
đ What Youâll Be Doing:
7. Providing safe and friendly transport for elderly passengers
8. Assisting passengers getting in and out of the vehicle when required
9. Taking passengers to appointments, day centres, shopping trips, and community activities
10. Carrying out basic vehicle safety checks before each shift
11. Delivering excellent customer service at all times

What Youâll Need:
12. A valid UK D1 driving licence ( with 101)
13. Experience securing and strapping wheelchairs safely (essential)
14. A caring, patient, and professional attitude
15. A responsible, safety-first approach to driving
16. DBS check (essential)
17. Good communication skills and reliability
