This is a fast-paced role where you’ll provide top-level secretarial and administrative support, act as a first point of contact for clients, and help keep everything running smoothly. What you’ll do
* Draft documents and correspondence
* Manage diaries, meetings, travel & expenses
* Maintain accurate filing & time recording
* Use Microsoft Office & specialist legal software
* Support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team
What we’re looking for
* 2+ years’ secretarial experience in professional services
* Confident with MS Word, Excel & Teams
* Flexible, proactive team player
