Customer Service Advisor - Asda Travel Money, Hunts Cross - Part Time
Job Type: Permanent, Part Time
Hours per week: 20 hrs
Salary: £13 hour + On Target Earnings up to 7.5% of base salary
Working Patterns: This job is suitable for those who are flexible and able to work various shifts between Monday and Sunday. You will receive a monthly or weekly rota depending on your team.

Support customers with Travel Money needs, offering great rates and advice. Engage with customers to process foreign exchange transactions accurately, and meet operational and customer service goals.

* Numerical proficiency for handling cash and currency conversions
* Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability
* Drive to succeed and provide excellent service
Interview Process
1. Application review and initial screening
2. Online interview including a numerical and accuracy test
3. Visit to the bureau for a face-to-face interview
4. Job offer pending references and compliance checks
