Financials Functional Architect – Workday
Remote, UK/Europe-Based | Up to £120k base + bonus
We’re working with a global consultancy on the hunt for a Workday Financials Functional Architect, a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of pre-sales, solutioning, and delivery.
If you're the person sales pulls into the room to win the deal, and the one who then owns the solution through to go-live, this is for you.
This is a key hire into a growing Workday practice with significant demand across the EMEA region. You’ll bring depth across all Financials modules and act as a pivotal connector between clients, sales teams, and delivery squads.

Own the lifecycle: You’ll shape and sell the solution then lead it. From RFP responses and client workshops to multi-stream delivery leadership.
Enterprise exposure: Lead architecture on complex, multi-country programmes with large budgets and high visibility.
Strategic input: Your insights will directly shape go-to-market offerings and delivery models across Workday Financials.
Credibility and influence: Sit at the table with sales leadership, solution architects, and client execs—your voice will matter.
What you’ll bring
* Deep experience in Workday Financials across all core modules
* Pre-sales exposure responding to RFPs, shaping SOWs, and presenting solutions
* Confidence leading solution design and project delivery across diverse industries
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to bridge sales and delivery priorities
* Comfortable operating in a remote-first, international team setup
* Bonus: Exposure to HCM or Student is a plus, but Financials is your home
