RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead the implementation and embedding of additional iTrent functionality. - Improve Data Quality within systems to enhance decision-making and reduce manual processes. - Take a leading role in HR elements of digital transformation programmes. - Support transition of HR systems to cloud-based technologies. - Lead activity relating to HR Data Governance and drive development of people analytics dashboards using iTrent DataMart.
