Secondary Teaching Assistants required in the Bury St Edmunds - Suffolk
We are looking to recruit both full time and part time teaching assistants to support the schools we work with in Suffolk. The roles on offer vary from 1-2 days a week up to 5 days, with working hours being 8:30 – 15:30. We have the option to start immediately or we are also recruiting now for roles starting in the near future. it’s not essential.
Responsibilities
* Working with students who need additional support either on 1:1 basis or in small groups
* Motivating and inspiring students to learn and participate in classroom activities
* Contribute to record-keeping by recording observations of students during the school day
* Support the teacher with general classroom and behaviour management
* Prepare lesson resources
* Help to keep the classroom clean and tidy

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
