Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service consistently to the highest standards.
* Always go above and beyond for customers, greeting them, assisting them, and helping at checkouts while keeping our “two is a queue” initiative in mind.
* Create a safe environment for the team and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
* Work alongside the Store Manager to support team members.
* Manage new colleagues’ inductions and collaborate with supervisors to drive training and development through on‑the‑job coaching.
* Lead daily huddles to communicate and achieve commercial objectives, including sales, service and shrink.
* Ensure products are priced, merchandised and maintained to keep the store running smoothly.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 12 months experience as an Assistant Manager.
* Experience working to KPIs such as sales, shrink, labour and mystery guest visits.
* Knowledge of performance management.
* Right to work in the UK and Ireland.
