We are currently seeking an Access Card Services Operator (Job Share) to work from our busy Kenley Office. Reporting directly to the Access Card Services Manager, the role is to manage and provide the access control system of a major financial customer. The team is small, dedicated, customer focused and KPI driven team to very high standards. This role will evolve considerably over the next two years as the client migrates to a new access control system. The Role Working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday covering a shift pattern of 0800 to 1630, 0830 to 1700 & 0930 to 1800 hours which changes on a rotational weekly basis. A degree of flexibility is required to cover absences and to cover projects etc. Total 22.5 hours per week. Processing requests to create new/replacement access cards, adding/removing access, activating/blocking access cards. Dispatching access cards using a client provided courier (logging and preparing). Producing transactional access control reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis. Answering and assisting with telephone enquiries. Answering and assisting with online live chat enquiries. Note this role is office based with no ability to work from home. The Candidate Computer literacy required, with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel beneficial. A knowledge of access control and security systems beneficial. Be able to multi-task in an ever-changing environment. Customer focused. Good communication skills. Good interpersonal skills.
