Main Responsibilities
* Provide excellent patient care in collaboration with healthcare professionals
* Teach patients, carers, or family members to self-administer therapy or administer therapies according to protocols in their homes
* Participate in telephone, virtual, and home visits as part of Patient Support Programmes
* Support seamless service delivery between hospital and home for patients and healthcare professionals
* Maintain high standards of service for all customers and patients
* Travel across regions as required
Experience and Skills
You should be a registered nurse with a passion for delivering top-quality patient care.
Essential Skills
* Registered Nurse on NMC register
* Experience with subcutaneous injections
* Computer literacy
Desirable Skills
* Five years post-registration experience
* Previous homecare experience
* Cannulation and venepuncture experience
* Experience in administering IV therapies
