Responsibilities
* Support the use of medicines across the Trust to achieve best outcomes for service users in accordance with best practice.
* Work under the supervision of senior pharmacists, applying clinical skills and expertise in the management of medicines in mental health in accordance with best practice.
* Prevent and reduce medicines‑related harm.
* Participate in continuous professional development.
* Participate in systems of clinical supervision and peer support within the pharmacy service.
* Work flexibly and travel to various locations across the city.
Qualifications
This role is open to Trainee Foundation Pharmacists or qualified Pharmacists.
Location
We are located in the city of Sheffield.
