Production Operative
Location: Malvern
Pay Rate: £12.21–£13.68 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:15
Contract: Temp to Perm
We’re recruiting for a dedicated Production Operative to join a well-established and growing company based in Malvern. This role offers stable full-time hours, a supportive team environment, and the chance to develop your skills with long-term career potential.

Key Responsibilities
* Cutting and preparing glass tubes to specification
* Carrying out general production tasks
* Working safely with high-temperature flames and equipment
* Ensuring all products are cleaned to a high standard
* Maintaining a tidy, organised, and safe work area
* Following all company procedures and Health & Safety guidelines appropriately
What We’re Looking For
* Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
* Previous production or cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential
