*Overview*Saltire Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on boilers, heating systems and gas appliances in residential and commercial properties. You will diagnose faults, complete repairs to industry standards, and ensure all work complies with gas safety regulations.*Key Responsibilities Servicing, Maintenance and Repair** Service and maintain boilers, fires and gas appliances for social housing and private customers.* Diagnose faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently.* Complete all paperwork accurately and on time.* Provide on-call support when required.*Customer Service & Professional Standards** Deliver a high standard of customer service to clients, tenants and partners.*Health & Safety & Compliance** Work in line with gas safety regulations and health and safety requirements.*Qualifications & Experience** Proven experience as a Gas Engineer (domestic or commercial).* ACS qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 (essential).* Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).* Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving ability.* Unvented qualification desirable.*About Us*Saltire Facilities Management is a leading UK provider of heating, electrical and renewable services.
