The Vacancy
Join our Service Charges Project team! We are seeking an experienced Property/Service Charge Accountant to join us on a fixed-term basis until 31st December 2025. This role is vital in supporting our new finance system and providing accurate financial statements related to service charges.
You will analyze ledger transactions and contract information to deliver detailed financial data aligned with our policies and structures.

Candidate Requirements
* Experience in service charges or accounting within a large, complex organization with substantial budgets
* Ability to interpret information, conduct research, analyze data, and manage risks
* Proven experience delivering data under tight deadlines
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong ICT skills (Word, Excel, Cloud technologies)
* Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Qualification: AAT Level 2 or equivalent, or related experience in Service Charges
This role is primarily home-based but requires travel to our offices for meetings, with in-person meetings once a week at Birmingham Business Park, Solihull, or Central Park, Worcester.
