Senior Performance Marketing Executive

MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a Confidential Consumer Brand on the search for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive. This is a permanent remote role (UK-based).
As Senior Performance Marketing Executive, you will support the Head of Digital Growth, owning the paid marketing workflow across multiple international channels. From campaign planning and creative briefing to reporting and optimisation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, driving results, and ensuring strong collaboration between internal teams and agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the performance marketing workflow, managing testing across creative, audiences, bidding, and customer journeys to deliver acquisition and retention KPIs.
* Work with in-house creative teams to brief ad assets and establish best practice guidelines by channel.
* Monitor paid channel trends, pivoting to leverage new technologies, AI, and workflow efficiencies.
* Support the Head of Digital Growth in budget pacing across Meta, Google, Amazon, and TikTok.
* Forecast trade performance across web, Amazon, and TikTok while helping shape new channel and market launches.
* Manage and optimise international product feeds across web, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
* Plan and schedule campaigns for launches, promotions, and collaborations across multiple paid channels.
* Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying risks early and driving rapid responses to opportunities.
* Support reporting cycles, building robust frameworks in tools such as Looker Studio, Meta Ad Manager, Google Ads, MerchantSpring, and TikTok Ad Manager.
* Act as a primary point of contact for agency partners, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to target.
What are we looking for?
* 3+ years’ hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, and TikTok.
* Proven analytical skills and commercial awareness, with a track record of delivering measurable growth.
* Experience in start-up, SME, or D2C environments advantageous.
* Data-driven with a strong ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns in fast-moving environments.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
