Due to continued growth they are looking for a number of serious injury solicitors/fee earners at various levels.
Job Description
As a Serious Injury Solicitor your duties will include:
* Manage a varied caseload of serious injury claims from inception to settlement.
* Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
* Draft legal documents and correspondence related to serious injury cases.
* Negotiate settlements and liaise with third parties, insurers, and medical professionals.
* Conduct legal research to support case strategies and outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with relevant and regulatory frameworks.
* Maintain accurate and detailed case records.
* Contribute to the development of the department's best practices and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Serious Injury Solicitor should have:
* A qualified solicitor status with a specialism in serious injury or personal injury law.
* Proven ability to manage a complex caseload effectively.
* Strong negotiation and client communication skills.
* Familiarity with research tools and techniques.
