The HR Data Team, working under the Head of People Data, Risk and Operational Excellence, provides support to the People Team and the wider business with daily data report requests, our internal HR System, Risk and Compliance, and Operational Excellence.
Reporting to the HR Operational Excellence Facilitator, the HR Compliance Co-ordinator will manage and support key compliance processes and implement a new Operational Excellence process.
The ideal candidate will be a strong HR Administrator/Co-ordinator with experience in HR processes and procedures, risk controls testing, and ensuring compliance with legislation and procedures. Experience in process improvements and operational excellence is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
* Support in identifying and reviewing HR risks and controls.
* Conduct controls testing, identify recommendations, complete reports, and implement process improvements.
* Perform audits.
* Ensure compliance and governance of legal and regulatory processes (e.g., Senior Managers & Certification, Right to Work, Sponsored Visas).
* Monitor compliance with processes and SLAs.
* Drive and implement change through the development of the Operational Excellence Pipeline.
* Support the integration and implementation of new or developing HR Operations processes.
* Adhere to FCA and Data Protection Regulations.
* Perform ad hoc duties as required to support the team in meeting business needs.
Experience
* Knowledge and experience of HR admin processes.
* Knowledge of the Senior Managers & Certification Regime and Visas and Right to Work documentation (desired, not essential).
* Proven track record in busy and complex administration or compliance roles.
* Experience managing HR projects and operational excellence (desired).
* Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate within a busy team.
* Ability to present projects and information clearly and concisely.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Well-organized with attention to detail.
* Experience working with HR systems.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
