Working under the guidance of the IT Programme Manager, this role covers end-to-end scoping and delivery of business initiatives, engaging with internal teams, external partners, and third-party suppliers. The position involves occasional travel to Oxalis sites, including limited international trips. As part of the IT Programme Office, you will also help refine project management frameworks and improve ways of working. Key Responsibilities Manage full lifecycle of key business initiatives, ensuring delivery to time, budget, scope, and quality. Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and resources to drive effective change. Build strong relationships and maintain clear communication across all organisational levels. Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and cross-project dependencies. Monitor agreed KPIs and KRIs, providing accurate status reporting. Manage deliverables and contracts of external suppliers to ensure compliance and service quality. Act as the primary contact, removing blockers, resolving conflicts, and ensuring smooth handover. Requirements Essential Proven record of successfully delivering IT projects Ability to effectively manage issues, risks and blockers Excellent interpersonal skills, managing stakeholders at all levels Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities effectively Strong vendor and third-party management skills Able to make, justify and own decisions Desirable Professional qualifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, AgilePM) Experience in logistics, transport, or industrial sectors Experience in change management or process improvement Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across multiple locations, including remote and international teams At Oxalis, your growth fuels our progress.
