Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive and organised Project Support Officer to join our Digital, Data and Technology department. Based at Bradford Royal Infirmary, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team to delivering large-scale change and training projects—including the implementation of new systems and the optimisation of our Electronic Patient Record (EPR). As part of a dynamic team, you’ll work closely with clinical and operational colleagues, providing essential project and administrative support to drive improvements in clinical and operational workflows. Advert Main Duties: Provide project and administrative support to the Digital Change & Optimisation team, assisting with the delivery of large-scale change and training projects. Support the implementation and optimisation of new IT systems, including the Trust’s Electronic Patient Record (EPR). Maintain and update project plans, documentation, and reports, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. Coordinate and manage training schedules and bookings for EPR training. Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes. Liaise with clinical, operational, and management colleagues across Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Airedale General Hospital. Assist with resource coordination and ensure effective communication between project teams. Ensure compliance with Trust policies, including Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity, Patient Confidentiality, and Infection Prevention & Control. Support the team in gathering information for project reporting and resolving day-to-day project queries. Work flexibly across Trust sites and remotely as required.
