This is an exciting opportunity to join their team as they aim to grow and enhance their market offerings. The role of Sales Administration Manager is newly created and focuses on optimizing people, resources, and systems to increase sales.
The position offers diverse responsibilities and the chance to be involved in various aspects of the business, supporting its growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maximise project opportunities from external databases, coordinating follow-ups and tracking tasks.
2. Manage new opportunities within the workflow management system, ensuring proper tracking and assignment.
3. Become a super user of external project tracking software to identify and secure the right opportunities.
4. Collaborate closely with estimating and sales teams, including managers.
5. Produce reports on project pipelines, and opportunities won or lost.
6. Gain market insights, understand reasons for lost business, and suggest improvements.
7. Participate in the implementation of a new CRM system next year and become a super user.
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience in setting up and monitoring systems.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications.
* Strong influencing and communication skills.
* CRM administration experience.
