Salary Scale: £85-£115
Contract Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
* As a Behaviour Mentor Teaching Assistant you will provide targeted support to students to address challenging behaviour.
* Implement and monitor individual behavior support plans.
* As a Behaviour Mentor Teaching Assistant you will collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to address specific needs.
* Foster positive relationships with students to encourage their social and emotional development.
* As a Behaviour Mentor Teaching Assistant you will contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide behavior initiatives.
* Provide feedback to teachers and parents on the progress of behavior support plans.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in a similar Teaching Assistant role is advantageous.
* As a Behaviour Mentor Teaching Assistant you will have empathy and a genuine passion for promoting positive behavior in students.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* As a Behaviour Mentor Teaching Assistant you will have the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
* Knowledge of relevant behavior management strategies and interventions.
