We have an excellent opportunity available for a Senior Vehicle Technician to join our team at Sytner BMW Warwick.
About the role
We are looking for a motivated, dedicated and highly organised individual who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills as well as technical expertise. The candidate will be a team‑player comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with set processes and procedures. This role involves working within given timescales and tackling all aspects of vehicle repairs and servicing.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform and supervise a wide range of vehicle repairs and servicing.
* Work within the required timescales to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
* Provide excellent customer service while maintaining technical excellence.
* Ensure all tasks are completed safely using appropriate PPE.
Qualifications
* Qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry‑recognised Level 3 qualification.
* Minimum franchised dealership experience.
* Demonstrated ability to work within given timescales.
