About the Role
We're recruiting Support Workers to join our vibrant supported living service in Southport, supporting adults with:
* Learning disabilities
* Autism
* Physical disabilities
You'll help individuals live independently and confidently, making every day meaningful.
We do support individuals who can demonstrate behaviour that challenges at times, so previous experience of supporting people at these times would be great.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same You'll be supporting with:
* Personal care & mobility
* Medication administration
* Cooking, Cleaning & Shopping
* Social activities – from volunteering to holidays, lunches, and lovely walks
Shift Patterns
We offer a variety of shifts including:
* Early shifts
* Late shifts
* Waking nights
* Sleepovers
To ensure fairness for all staff, weekend availability is required (for full-time staff, you'd usually work 2 weekends per month)
Drivers Preferred
Got a UK driving licence and can drive manual & automatic cars? That's a big plus but it's not a mandatory requirement
