As a Cleaning Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class housekeeping service, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

The Role
* Plan, organise, and coordinate cleaning operations to meet financial and performance targets
* Lead by example with a passion for customer service and strong, inspiring leadership
* Set and maintain high standards for yourself and your team
* Create and manage cleaning schedules for your team
* Deliver an exceptional level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility
* Carry out general cleaning duties, including offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, vacuuming, and mopping
* Use all cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
* Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and company standards
* Report any hazards, near misses, or safety concerns promptly to your manager
