Day-to-day of the role: Manage individual caseloads of residential conveyancing from inception to completion. Collaborate with a team of solicitors and paralegals to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide high-quality legal advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of services. Stay updated with the latest developments in residential conveyancing law and practice. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor in Scotland, with newly qualified solicitors having demonstrable experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong client relationships.
