Associate – Industrial Executive Search

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Associate to join a growing Industrial executive search practice. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years’ professional experience who is looking to step into (or further develop within) executive search. While prior Industrial experience is helpful, it’s not essential. We’re open to candidates from exec search backgrounds, as well as high‑performing individuals from contingent recruitment who are ready to make the move.

* Lead research across multiple recruitment projects, identifying and engaging high‑quality candidates through databases, online tools, and networks.

What We’re Looking For

* 4+ years’ experience in Paid Search (agency or in‑house).
* Strong hands‑on experience within Google Ads (essential).
* Experience managing large PPC budgets (ideally £1M+).Solid technical SEO knowledge and audit experience.Strong analytical mindset with good Excel skills.Confident stakeholder management and communication skills.Proactive, self‑driven, and commercially minded.Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.


We’re Open to Candidates at Digital Executive through to Manager level

* At the upper end (£55K), you’ll bring strong Paid, strong SEO, and strong stakeholder management experience.
