The role:
* As the HR Generalist you will be the contact for all employee inquiries, managing communications via email and phone.
* Handle employment documentation, including contracts, right to work checks, and updates to employment terms.
* Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all preparations are complete before their start date.
* Administer HR processes such as the HR Generalist probation reviews, reference checks, and various leave requests.
* Support recruitment efforts by posting job advertisements and assisting managers with the hiring process.
* Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain accurate employee records.
* Manage HR-related invoices and process payroll correspondence from relevant authorities.
* Assist with HR systems integration and migration tasks
Ideal candidate:
* Confident and outgoing individual.
* Strong numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Prior experience in an administrator-based role.
* Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and ability to perform well under pressure.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including Vlookups and mail merge).
* Highly organized, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
* A genuine interest in food and drink industry.
