Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Area: Norfolk
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (Days) 6am till 2pm
Permanent
Salary: £35000 to £42000 DOE Overtime Extra at X1.25 during week and X1.5 at weekends
Holidays: 33 Days Including Bank Holidays going up to 38 with service
One of our prestigious clients is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly engineering team to do preventative and routine maintenance. A pretty key role at a business that keeps production moving. If fixing, maintaining, and improving machinery is your thing
Job Details
* Day to day, you'll be keeping production on track
* From carrying out routine checks and emergency fixes to changing blades and keeping our kit running safely
* You’ll stay on top of the maintenance plan, step in quickly when breakdowns happen, and work with supervisors to keep everything running smoothly because we're always looking to get better
Qualifications
* Mechanical engineering experience is a must, but if you've got electrical skills too - even better (and if not, we'll train you)
* A forklift licence would be handy, though again, we can support you with that; you'll be someone who can roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
* Confident with a variety of engineering tasks, quick to diagnose problems, and calm under pressure
