Who are we looking for?
Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join our North East team, and the role is available for an immediate start.
We are seeking someone with strong experience in pre-commencement, who can confidently take schemes from the award of planning through to completion. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining high standards across all aspects of delivery.
The role: What you'll be doing…
* Overseeing schemes across the North East region
* Managing projects from pre-commencement through to completion
* Coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Maintaining and promoting best practices in health, safety, and compliance
* Monitoring programme performance and resolving any delivery challenges
