We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Receptionist/Administrator to be the front-line ambassador and administrative powerhouse at Leigh UTC Dartford.
The Opportunity
This vital role ensures the seamless day-to-day operation of the academy. You will be instrumental in creating a positive, efficient environment for students, parents, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* First Point of Contact: Confidently manage the Leigh UTC Dartford reception, welcoming visitors, and handling all incoming telephone calls from parents.
* Student Wellbeing & Data: Share responsibility for managing unwell students (including contacting parents and checking medication records), signing in late students, and accurately updating student data (Health Care Plans, FSM administration).
* Administrative Support: Undertake diverse administrative tasks, including preparing correspondence, assisting with academy events, supporting the suspensions process, and providing cover for admin staff as needed.
* General Duties: Efficiently handle filing, copying, and shredding.
We Are Looking For:
An individual with exceptional communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing a varied workload.
This role is 3 days per week, working 8am - 4pm with a 45-minute lunch break. The actual salary is £12,567 per annum (£24,855 full time equivalent). The specific working days can be discussed during the interview stage.
