Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting for a highly experienced Senior Property Solicitor to join a well-established Legal Services team within a Local Authority based in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level property lawyer to manage complex commercial property matters and provide strategic legal advice on high-value regeneration and development projects. The contract is initially 3 months rolling, with potential for extension. Job Title: Senior Property Solicitor Location: Greater Manchester (Hybrid Working) Pay Rate: £55-£60 per hour (Umbrella) – PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £48.89 - £53.28 Working Pattern: Full-time, Hybrid (office attendance required as per service needs) Key Responsibilities as a Senior Property Solicitor: Lead on a complex caseload of commercial and residential property matters on behalf of the Local Authority. Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and legal officers where required. Attend committees, project boards, and client meetings. Advise on high-value development, regeneration, and infrastructure projects. About you as a Senior Property Solicitor: Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or FILEX with substantial post-qualification experience in property law. Significant experience handling commercial property matters within a Local Authority or public sector environment. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Strong background in regeneration and development projects.
