Temporary Events Administrator Start Date: 15th September Duration: Approximately 6 weeks Location: Edinburgh City Centre Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour Are you an organised and proactive administrator with a passion for events? We're looking for a Temporary Events Administrator to support the delivery of two major events taking place in October. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience events experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from initial brief to post-event wrap-up. Liaise with venues, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all logistics are in place and deadlines are met. Maintain accurate event documentation including schedules, contracts, risk assessments, and attendee lists. Manage event registrations and respond to delegate enquiries to ensure a smooth experience. Support budget monitoring, invoice processing, and tracking of spend against forecasts.
