We are looking for a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Coventry. This role will involve supporting pupils across EYFS and Key Stages, helping to create a nurturing environment where children feel valued and inspired to learn. Working alongside skilled teachers, you will provide targeted academic support, contribute to creative lessons, and promote positive behaviour.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Supporting children in small groups and one-to-one with core subjects.

Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management.

Encouraging pupils to engage in active learning and independent thinking.

Supporting enrichment activities that reflect the school’s creative ethos.
Required Experience / Qualifications:

Experience working with children in a school or similar setting.

A passion for education and commitment to pupil progress.

Ability to adapt support for a range of learning needs.
*
Strong communication skills to build relationships with pupils and staff.
