Job Title: Finance Administrator
RG Consultancy is partnering with a well-established engineering consultancy firm seeking a dedicated Finance Administrator to join their finance team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in financial and invoicing administration and will play a crucial role within our support team, working across finance and quality departments. There will be significant interaction with engineers, consultants, clients, and support functions within the business.
Responsibilities include:
1. Processing expense claims for engineers accurately
2. Reconciling claims with receipts and credit card statements
3. Logging expenses into the finance accounting system
4. Filing receipts and approvals appropriately
5. Managing discrepancies and liaising with the finance manager
6. Reconciliation of credit cards
7. Assisting with accounts payable during holidays or absences
8. Supporting audits and year-end closure processes
