Retail Assistant Manager – Ipswich Road, Norwich
Salary: £11.48 per hour (£8,357 per annum)
Hours: 14 hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a Part-Time Retail Assistant Manager, supporting the Manager in our established charity shop in Ipswich Road, Norwich.
This is a fixed-term position working 14 hours a week. The days may vary based on shop needs, including covering days off, holidays, weekends, and bank holidays. There is potential to increase hours by working at other Break charity shops in the area.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service to maximize shop income.
* Source and merchandise stock effectively.
* Manage and motivate volunteers and staff, demonstrating leadership skills.
* Handle cash and understand retail operations.
* Perform physical activities, including heavy lifting.
