Colm Quinn Drogheda is looking for a Technician. Your role Key Responsibilities: Perform routine service and maintenance on customer vehicles to manufacturer standards. Carry out diagnostic work and produce accurate technical reports for the Workshop Controller. Complete repairs and vehicle preparation in line with BMW’s methodologies and quality expectations. Accurately document work performed, parts used, and labour hours for invoicing and record-keeping. Conduct comprehensive vehicle health checks and identify potential issues or defects. Communicate clearly with the Workshop Controller/Service Manager regarding any delays or additional repairs required. Maintain cleanliness and protection of vehicles throughout the service process. Ensure all work meets BMW safety and quality standards before returning vehicles to customers. Your profile Fully qualified Motor Technician. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the motor trade. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering top-quality workmanship. Fluent English essential. Must be available for occasional weekend and overtime work. Must be authorised to work in Ireland. Rewards Permanent, full-time position. Overtime pay.
