What can you expect: Within this role, you will work on projects across DEI, including a 50% focus on pay equity, compliance and transparency. You will build a thorough understanding of each clients business goals, strategies, culture and organisation and partner effectively, to accelerate their DEI strategy. You will seek to project manage end-to-end DEI strategy projects, including diagnostics, workshops and action plan creation. You will also project manage UK & Ireland Pay Gap projects, support on increasing demand for EU legislative support and connect the dots to wider pay equity work. We will rely on you to: Review analysis and develop findings from client data sources such as workforce data, employee listening results and policies to determine the as-is state for clients Support in the facilitation of executive workshops and presentations Delegate and review pay gap analysis (including excel analysis) and present compliance-based reports. Lead client presentations and recommendations to clients connecting to broader solutions. Work on project teams collaboratively with project management ownership. Lead project work streams and small mid-sized projects in the areas of DEI and Pay Equity. Participate in sales and new business development by expanding revenues from existing clients and by supporting prospecting efforts with new clients. What you need to have: Some experience of DEI projects, which can include involvement in internal DEI initiatives. Some experience of pay compliance and/or pay equity analysis and/or people analytics, could include experience with Pay Analytics. Extremely high attention to detail with the ability to identify small errors and their causes. Ability to manage many schedules and priorities simultaneously with little guidance on complex work steps and juggle many projects at once. Ability to explain complex concepts and technical findings to non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently and generate a concise story about complex data. Clear written and verbal communication. Strong communication skills and client relationship building skills. Strong team working skills working with colleagues across various disciplines within projects and own team.
