Job Description:
As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and consistency of dishes across all sections and in meeting daily prep levels with our dedicated prep team. You will work closely with the Kitchen senior management, taking ownership of your section while helping to train and mentor junior chefs.

Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen environment
* Strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking and learning
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety practices, and high culinary techniques
* Deep understanding of all kitchen sections
* In-depth knowledge of Food Safety standards
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards
* Set up and stock your assigned section with necessary supplies and ingredients
* Collaborate with prep chefs to monitor inventory and ensure correct daily par levels across all sections
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, adhering to food safety protocols
* Follow instructions from Senior Management to ensure consistency and quality in every dish
* Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills
