In this role you will lead and develop a hygiene team of around fifteen people, plan and deliver cleaning schedules and manage chemicals, consumables and supplier relationships. You will support audits, oversee allergen controls, maintain hygiene facilities and ensure effective waste and environmental practices across the site. This role would suit someone with proven food hygiene experience who wants to move into a leadership position within a supportive four-day week environment.
