What You Will Do
Conduct assessments, plan, and deliver person-centred occupational therapy interventions to adults and older people.
Promote independence through adaptive equipment, home modifications, and practical daily living strategies.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including social workers, physiotherapists, and care staff, to deliver holistic care.
Provide guidance and training to support workers, family carers, and students.
Maintain accurate records to track interventions and outcomes.
Participate in service development initiatives to improve care pathways and delivery.
Who We’re Looking For
HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with experience in adult or community settings.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision‑making skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required for home visits.
