SOLID RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN THE UK IS ESSENTIAL
Ideally, CIPD Level 5
Experience of people policy / advisory is essential.
Experience handling queries regarding policy and employee relations issues.
The role
You will be working in the Employee Relations Team alongside the Employee Relations Advisor and Employee Relations Manager. This team is part of the wider HR teams.
The focus will be developing specified people policies using templates as a basis and conducting further research into current trends and best practice.
Working with other teams both within the wider people unit and across the organisation to refine policy and also provide support on employee relations issues.
Amending and preparing documents for publication.
Setting up Intranet pages and news items/articles.
Interpreting people policy to answer employee or line Manager queries using the platform or Employee Relations mailbox.
