We are currently supporting a client in their search for a proactive and highly organised Business operations coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity that plays an important role in their next phase of growth!
You will work closely with Leadership in supporting HR, Security and general office management functions whilst also coming up with new ideas and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
HR and People operations:
* Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding new starters to coordinating off boarding
* Oversee line management duties, ensuring alignment with relevant teams and processes.
* Monitor and process employee wellness and absence forms.
* Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate coordination, interview scheduling and event logistics.
* Help review and refine company policies and processes.
* Coordinate internal training (both mandatory and developmental) and maintain training records.
* Coordinate volunteering and outreach opportunities — for example, engagement with local universities, schools, or community initiatives.
Security and compliance:
* Manage the incident reporting process and ensure timely escalation to relevant stakeholders.
* Coordinate quarterly compliance and security reports for external partners.
* Oversee security clearance and access management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Office and Facilities management:
* Act as the main point of contact for building and facilities issues, liaising with maintenance teams
and subcontractors.
* Manage physical security systems, including building passes, visitor access, and adherence to
security protocols.
About You
* You’re highly organized, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining
attention to detail.
* Comfortable working independently and taking initiative, but equally happy collaborating with
colleagues across all areas of the business.
* A confident communicator who can handle sensitive or confidential matters with discretion and
professionalism.
* Experienced in people or operations coordination roles, ideally within a fast-paced or technical
environment.
* Interested in learning and improving processes — always looking for ways to make things more
efficient or effective.
* Proficient with modern workplace tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, or similar platforms).
