Working hours:6 am- 2 pm and 2 pm-11 pm on weekly rotating shifts

Reporting to:Team Leader - Machining
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience as a CNC Programmer/Operator on milling machines
* Competency with Hurco, Mori, or similar VMC machinery
* Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
* Experience in component manufacturing and quality checking
* Knowledge of CNC programming and tool setting
You will need the ability to:
* Prioritise workload effectively and work to tight deadlines
* Load and run CNC programmes accurately
* Manufacture components to precise specifications
* Perform quality checks, including de-burring and engraving
* Create and store programmes for future use
* Manufacture jigs and fixtures as required
* Maintain machinery and respond to alarms appropriately
Skills and experience:
* CNC milling programming and operation experience
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Knowledge of machining processes and tooling
* Understanding of health and safety procedures
* 5S methodology experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and quality focus
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Problem-solving abilities
* Machine maintenance knowledge
