The Role
We're looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Clinic Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic. If you're passionate about the beauty industry, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record in retail management with a focus on sales and customer service, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Management: Oversee all daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, inventory management, and facility maintenance, ensuring a seamless and premium experience for clients.
* Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing team of therapists, aestheticians, and administrative staff. Conduct performance reviews, foster a positive work environment, and promote continuous professional development.
* Client Experience: Champion an unparalleled client experience, ensuring exceptional service delivery, resolving client concerns, and maintaining high client satisfaction and retention rates. You'll drive a client-centric culture that prioritizes relationships and repeat business.
* Financial Performance & Sales: Manage clinic budgets, monitor revenue and expenditure, and implement strategies to achieve financial targets. You'll be instrumental in driving retail product sales, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and optimising profitability.
* Marketing & Business Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote clinic services, attract new clients, and retain existing ones. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your retail experience to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty.
* Compliance & Regulations: Ensure the clinic operates in full compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Maintain all necessary licenses and certifications.
* Stock & Inventory: Manage ordering, stock levels, and inventory control for all products and supplies, with a keen eye on merchandising and sales performance.
* System Management: Oversee the efficient use of clinic management software and other operational systems.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a management role within a high-end retail environment, ideally in beauty, luxury goods, or a similar customer-focused industry.
* Strong understanding of sales principles, merchandising, and customer service best practices.
* Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Solid financial acumen and experience with budget management and sales forecasting.
* Proficiency in retail point-of-sale (POS) and inventory management systems.
* A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
* A passion for the beauty and wellness industry is highly desirable.
